



Using boxing gloves and pads, this class uses boxing techniques and patterns to get an intense aerobic workout. Taking it in turns to punch, one person uses gloves to punch the pads worn by another participant. Like all good boxing training sessions this class includes some serious cardio exercises & will push you to be both fitter and stronger! Simple to follow this class is great for the beginner or the advanced participant.
