


A class that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. This means there are a lot of ab and back exercises designed to increase flexibility, posture & reduce the risk of back injury. Most PILATES exercises are stationery and performed whilst laying on the floor. There is little coordination and NO IMPACT on joints making it ideal for everyone. Each exercise has different levels from easy to difficult resulting in this class being great for the beginner or the advanced participant.
