Fitbodz agrees to abide by the Privacy Act 1988 and is bound by the National Privacy principles contained therein. All information collected by Fitbodz will be dealt with as follows:

Fitbodz collects and holds client details and other business information about its clients, as well as information about its employees and contractors who do work for it from time to time.
The primary purpose Fitbodz holds this information is to provide ongoing fitness and related services to its clients through the use of its employees and contractors.
This information will only be used for the primary purpose it is collected for, unless the person consents to it being used for a secondary purpose, or there is a secondary purpose related to the primary purpose.
Fitbodz will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
