As a trainer, I recognize that every individual’s goals are unique. Whether you are aiming to loose weight, increase your fitness levels or gain muscle, your goal can be achieved through my highly customized programs. Through a combination of cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, core strengthening, circuit training and a bit of sweat we will achieve your goals and have some fun along the way!

I continually embark on new fitness challenges. I have run multiple full and half marathons. I recognize the preparation and discipline that is required to achieve big goals.

Whether this be finishing their first marathon, dropping that dress size or achieving a new sense of pride and confidence in their personal appearance. I have a Bachelor of Exercise Science behind me, as well as experience in soccer, rugby league and union, touch football, baseball and cricket. This has given me insight into how to improve functional performance, as well as relating this knowledge to sports and activities that interest you! With the right kind of training, such goals as weight loss, functional movement, core improvement, increased endurance and strength gains are all possible. I aim to provide my clients with the care and support essential for their success. I will assist in improving and managing not only their training in the gym, but also offer advice and guidance on how they can improve their lifestyle away from the gym to maximize results.

I specialise in personalised functional training to help you increase your fitness, balance, range of motion, ability to perform activities of daily living, improve posture, lose weight, and to look great and feel even better. I have a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science, and a background in a variety of sports, including soccer (where I spent 5 seasons in the NSW WPL), as well as netball, touch football, and softball, putting me in the best possible position to tailor a program to your individual needs and wants.
I am able to provide both sport-specific training as well as functional training, or a combination of both to achieve optimal results for you. I realise that it’s nice to look good, but it’s perhaps even more important to be able to lead a healthy and productive life, free from pain and illness. So whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, looking for strength, fitness or health- I’ve got the exercise and lifestyle solution for you.
